Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (minimum GPA of 3.00).
Min. 5-10 years of working experience in the same field.
Strong knowledge of casting, forging, injection molding, machining, polishing, plating, and PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) processes
Solid understanding of research methodologies, data analysis, and CAPEX project management for modification projects.
Have knowledge of product formulation, product design and feasibility testing, including testing and scale-up processes
Proficient in technical and engineering design software
Willing to be placed in Serpong- Tangerang.

Improving the efficiency of existing products
Bridging scientific research and practical implementation to maintain business competitiveness in the market
