Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (minimum GPA of 3.00).
Min. 5-10 years of working experience in the same field.
Strong knowledge of casting, forging, injection molding, machining, polishing, plating, and PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) processes
Solid understanding of factory utility systems, industrial automation, and control systems.
Have knowledge of energy management and CAPEX project management for plant modification projects.
Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/HSE) practices and compliance with government regulations.
Proficient in engineering drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar technical drawing software).
Willing to be placed in Serpong- Tangerang.

Responsibilities

Conduct design planning, technical supervision, and operational maintenance.
Ensure that all projects, machines, or systems operate safely, efficiently, and according to established standards (SOPs).
