SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Manager

As an SAP Manager specializing in the Sales & Distribution (SD) module, you will lead complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, manage client relationships, drive business development activities, and mentor high-performing consulting teams.

You will work with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and Customer Experience functions to deliver innovative SAP solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

What You Will Do

• Lead SAP SD workstreams across implementation, rollout, and transformation projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and design SAP solutions that address their needs.
• Serve as the primary SD functional lead and trusted advisor for client stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including sales, pricing, billing, and distribution.
• Manage project teams, coach junior consultants, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
• Support business development activities, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor throughout project engagements.

About You (Skills & Experience)

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP SD.
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C), Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Customer Master Data, and Sales Processes.
• Experience serving as SAP SD Lead, Solution Lead, Project Manager, or Engagement Manager.
• SAP certification in Sales, S/4HANA, or related modules is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Preferred Experience

• Consulting experience within professional services or large-scale SAP implementations.
• Exposure to integration with SAP MM, PP, EWM, TM, or FI/CO modules.
• Experience managing client stakeholders from Manager to C-level executives.
