Your Focus Areas
- Co-Deliver High-Impact Training: Learn the art of technical pedagogy. You will start by supporting senior instructors, eventually stepping up to co-deliver and lead interactive workshops for our corporate clients and technical communities.
- Develop Practical Learning Materials: Collaborate with our engineering team to design, test, and refine world-class learning resources, hands-on coding notebooks, and real-world AI case studies.
- Master Proprietary AI Products: Deep-dive into Supertype's advanced product offerings (such as the Sectors Financial AI Suite). You will learn how to confidently demonstrate these tools and advocate for them during technical discovery calls.
- Learn Consultative Problem Solving: Work alongside our business development team to observe how enterprise clients articulate their business bottlenecks, learning to connect those challenges to tailored AI educational solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Solid Programming Foundations: Strong baseline knowledge of Python and SQL. While you don't need to be an expert yet, you must have a basic practical understanding of modern AI concepts (like LLMs, RAG, or generative AI) and a hunger to master them.
- Natural Teaching Instinct: Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for teaching. You should be someone who enjoys breaking down complex mathematical or technical concepts so they are easy for others to understand.
- Polished & Energetic Presenter: Confident public speaking abilities. Whether presenting to a small classroom or a virtual webinar, you can keep an audience engaged and energized.
- Highly Coachable & Curious: A rapid learner who thrives on feedback. You are excited to absorb product knowledge and stay ahead of fast-moving AI industry trends.
