We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support leadership and core teams by managing travel, calendars, vendors, documentation, and day-to-day administrative operations with precision and ownership.
Responsibilities
Manage leadership calendars, prioritise meetings based on business impact, and eliminate scheduling conflicts.
Liaise with vendors, travel agents, and service providers; manage quotations, POs, work orders, and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain travel records, reimbursement documentation, vendor invoices, compliance paperwork, and certifications.
Oversee office inventory, stationery, supplies, and ensure uninterrupted day-to-day administrative operations.
Maintain admin trackers, dashboards, client updates, follow-ups, and accurate documentation systems.
Handle routine administrative tasks with consistency, improve workflows, and support operational efficiency across teams.
Skills Required
Knowledge of travel booking portals & VISA processes
Coordination & Stakeholder Management – Work seamlessly with leaders, vendors, and teams.
