Develop creative visual strategies that enhance the customer journey, strengthen brand consistency, and improve conversion performance across e-commerce platforms.
Create and optimize marketing collateral for various digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Research, conceptualize, and develop compelling key visuals, creative concepts, and presentation materials to support marketing and business initiatives.
Proactively contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to support e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and overall business growth.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of digital creative assets.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (S1) is a MUST; from Design Communication Visual, Arts, Communications, or a related field. Preferably have 2 - 3 years experiences in Personal Care & Beauty industry.
Have good taste regarding making the Key Visual, Digital Imaging & Layouting, also good sensing with aesthetical things.
Have good communication & team work skills. Enjoy work in a fast-paced creative environment. Willing to work overtime and work on weekend.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
