Collaborates with Project Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Development Manager, Developer and users to produce software design.
Provides technical design documentation, includes but not limited to Functional Specification Document (FSD), Technical Specification Document (TSD), Epic, User Story, Security Requirement.
Analyzes software defects and provides solution design to fix the defects.
Provides testing data and its documentation.
Qualifications
Have bachelor’s degree from reputable university with education background from Computer Science/Information Technology, Information System, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
Have >4 years’ experience as System Analyst/Solution Analyst/Technical Analyst in banking industry.
Have experiences in system analysis for AI-driven solutions and implementation of AI-related applications/systems, or CRM & Contact Center applications (e.g., IVR, CRM, Video Banking etc.).
Have skill in SQL Server/MySQL, data modeling, or prompt engineering will be a competitive advantage.
Have experiences in agile project delivery.
Fluent in using Jira.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Commit to work for six (6) to twelve (12) months contract and option to extend if required.
