Collaborate with the Sales team to evaluate project feasibility, conduct product testing, assess solutions, and clarify customer requirements.
Provide technical support during product testing, including handling customer inquiries and troubleshooting machine vision hardware and software issues.
Collect and relay product and technical requirements to the R&D team, and follow up on customization projects.
Manage after-sales RMA cases, including issue resolution and quality feedback analysis.
Support overseas colleagues and customers through technical enablement, including preparing user guides, FAQs, and operation videos.
Provide technical support for international exhibitions, including material coordination, system setup, debugging, and on-site assistance.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or above in Automation, Mechatronics, Optoelectronics, or a related engineering field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in machine vision, industrial automation, image processing, or related technical consulting roles.
Solid foundation in optics and electronics; proficiency in at least one programming language.
Strong analytical thinking, organizational, and communication skills, with a collaborative team mindset.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient in English; Mandarin is required for effective communication with the China-based team.
