Job Description
Risk Mitigation & Control Operations
- Identify, record, and remediate operational risks within the Corporate Real Estate (CRES) scope in collaboration with respective units.
- Ensure strict compliance with KRCSA (Key Internal Risk Control Self-Assessment), KORI, MRA, IRF and other control monitoring frameworks like PAT, OSA, TPRA.
- Monitor and report risk profiles through GRC System and regular risk committee meetings.
Audit Management & Regulatory Liaison
- Serve as the Lead Person in Charge (PIC) for internal, external, and regulatory audits.
- Coordinate the preparation of materials for audits, management reviews, and regulatory inspections.
- Act as the primary coordinator for the remediation of audit findings, ensuring all action plans are closed within the agreed timeline.
Reporting
- Manage and deliver overall CRS risk-related reporting as required by the organization.
