Job Description

Providing information & being the source of reliable and accurate information to support the decision making
Reviewing with project owner regularly to check the project progress
Providing support for the project to ensure the quality of the project
Encouraging project teams to meet the objective, timeline and expected post implementation benefits
Create and Manage Project Plans
Lead process of issue identification and resolution
Manage all documentation
Foster partnership with customers/team/stakeholders

Qualifications

Candidates with educational background in Engineering (Industrial), Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields are preferred.
At least 4 Years of working experience in the related field as Project Management Officer
Experience in handling project related to Operation Process Improvement and System Implementation.
English proficiency (written & verbal)
Strong Experience as continuous improvement PMO with method such as Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, Scrum, or Agile.
Strong exposure in data management by using Microsoft Excel, Macro, and Power BI.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills & able to work under pressure.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Willing to work 100% from office at Bandengan Selatan, Jakarta Barat.
