Job Responsivities
Coordination of customers’ requirements via Haulio’s portal
Secure best fit hauliers for trucking jobs
Achieve high service standards for all customers
Manage customers’ and Hauliers’ expectations and requirements
Basic reporting on the job progress
Dispute resolution between hauliers and customers
Review pricing upon job completion for finance billing
Any other ad-hoc duties will be assigned by team lead
Job Requirement
Work based in Batam, Indonesia
Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Maritime Studies or in a relevant discipline
Fresh graduates in a relevant discipline are welcome to apply
Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service and operations in the freight forwarding & logistics industry are preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Self-motivated, goal-oriented and a team player
Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred to communicate with vendor
Able to work 5.5 day work week
