About the role

As a Automation Product Developer, you will drive product ideation, validation, and deployment for KYB (Know Your Business) automation solutions, translating business needs into production-ready features that measurably impact project KPIs.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in software/product development, with prior exposure to fintech or compliance technology preferred.
• Experience with KYB/KYC workflows and regulatory requirements
• Experience with API integration and modern development frameworks
• Strong design skills with ability to translate user needs into intuitive product interfaces

You'll be working on:

• Design, build, and iterate on KYB automation products and prototypes
• Ideate and validate product concepts that directly impact KYB project KPIs
• Integrate APIs and third-party services into the product stack
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, design, compliance) to ship solutions to production
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team
