Requirement:
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Teknik Informatika / Sistem Informasi)
Memiliki pemahaman dasar tentang Ticketing, Web monitoring, dan perangkat GPS
Mampu bekerja dalam tim maupun individu.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dengan user dan mampu mengoperasikan Operating System Windows dan Microsoft Ofice dengan baik
Bersedia bekerja shifting.
Diutamakan domisili Jakarta Barat dan Jakarta Utara
Job Desk
Menangani permintaan, pertanyaan, dan keluhan dari user terkait perangkat GPS maupun sistem.
Melakukan monitoring dan troubleshooting awal pada perangkat yang bermasalah dan melakukan penyetingan alat gps tracker
Berkoordinasi dengan tim teknisi lapangan terkait perbaikan atau instalasi alat.
Membuat laporan harian dan bulanan terkait aktivitas Helpdesk dan membuat pencatatan pada aplikasi ticketing
Menjaga kualitas pelayanan agar sesuai dengan standar operasional.
