Program Manager
Description
PT. Sentra Studia Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our educational programs. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of program development, ensuring successful delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Responbilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective program delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Monitor program progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve program objectives within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, donors, government agencies, and other stakeholders to support program sustainability and growth.
- Prepare regular progress reports, financial statements, and other documentation for program stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct program evaluations to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to program management and education.
