Tanggung Jawab Utama:
Mengelola kalender pimpinan secara presisi (meeting internal, eksternal, reminder prioritas, serta conflict management schedule).
Membuat notulen rapat yang ringkas, jelas, dan memiliki action point terstruktur.
Menyiapkan dokumen kerja pimpinan seperti surat, laporan, presentasi, dan administrasi harian secara rapi dan sistematis.
Mengatur perjalanan dinas pimpinan (tiket, hotel, itinerary) secara cepat, akurat, dan efisien.
Menjadi penghubung komunikasi internal dan eksternal pimpinan secara profesional.
Melakukan follow-up pekerjaan lintas divisi dan memastikan progres berjalan sesuai timeline.
Mengelola arsip dokumen fisik maupun digital agar tersusun rapi dan mudah ditelusuri kembali.
Menjaga kerahasiaan informasi perusahaan dan pimpinan.
Memberikan support kebutuhan ad-hoc pimpinan secara responsif tanpa mengganggu prioritas utama pekerjaan.
Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan minimal
D3 / S1 Administrasi Perkantoran / Sekretaris
(lulusan
Universitas Tarakanita
menjadi nilai tambah).
Memiliki pengalaman minimal
3 tahun sebagai Personal Assistant Direktur / Management Level
.
Terbiasa bekerja
cepat, rapi, dan sangat detail
dalam mengelola dokumen maupun jadwal.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang sopan, profesional, dan representatif.
Proaktif dan mampu mengantisipasi kebutuhan pimpinan.
Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dasar tanpa perlu eskalasi berulang.
Mahir Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), terutama dalam formatting dokumen profesional.
Terbiasa bekerja dengan deadline ketat dan prioritas yang dinamis.
Memiliki kemampuan manajemen waktu yang sangat baik.
Berpenampilan rapi dan profesional.
