Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including cash flow management and banking activities
Monitor daily cash position to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs
Execute vendor payments through banking platforms in accordance with agreed terms of payment
Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of financial records
Reconcile offline sales transactions with incoming bank receipts
Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable (AR) aging to ensure timely collection from customers
Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly cash & bank reports
Oversee deposit placements and monitor returns to ensure compliance with agreed bank terms
Explore and evaluate secure investment instruments for optimizing returns on company's free cash flow
Maintain strong relationships with banking partners to ensure smooth financial transactions, optimal banking facilities, and competitive terms
