As a
Business Analyst, you will work closely and collaboratively with the Category Manager to support data‑driven decision making across category performance, customer insights, and campaign effectiveness. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful reports, analysis, and dashboards that help improve business performance and customer experience.
What You Will Do
- Provide performance reporting & analysis, and dashboard creation to the Category Manager
- Prepare and analyze campaign performance reports, including insights and recommendations
- Generate customer purchase suggestions or insights based on data and analytics
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify business opportunities
- Perform basic SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports and dashboards
- Present analysis results in a clear and structured way to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1 – 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Planner, or in a similar analytical role
- Experience working with business stakeholders (e.g., category, marketing, or commercial teams) is a plus
- Intermediate SQL skills (e.g., SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, GROUP BY)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and business insights
- Ability to analyze customer data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Detail‑oriented, structured, and collaborative working style
