Identify and generate B2B leads (companies, offices, villas, boarding houses, apartments, and hotels) to meet partnership acquisition targets.
Reach out to potential clients via phone to build relationships, introduce products, and establish initial connections.
Conduct meetings with prospective clients, analyze their needs, and provide tailored solutions through service offerings.
Negotiate and persuade potential clients to achieve partnership agreements.
Prepare and complete legal documents such as partnership quotations and other administrative requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the partnership process and service scheduling run smoothly and in accordance with procedures.
Prepare reports in line with standard requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management
Good communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and sales skills
At least 1 year of working experience (hospitality or startup background is a plus)
Passionate in sales, account management, and target oriented
Tech Savvy and willing to canvassing
