Job Summary

As the Partner Operations Lead, you will drive service excellence by overseeing daily partner activities and ensuring high-performance standards against key SLAs. You will play a pivotal role in mitigating operational risks and fostering a high-performance team culture to enhance both partner and customer satisfaction

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize daily partner operational activities, encompassing onboarding and ongoing service excellence.
  • Strategically monitor and drive performance against critical SLAs and KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
  • Mitigate operational risks by proactively identifying and resolving issues, thereby enhancing partner and customer satisfaction; escalate critical concerns judiciously.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure effective communication and successful integration Tskof new processes.
  • Champion team growth and a high-performance culture, empowering individual professional development

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field from a top local or overseas university
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in operation management
  • Proven experience managing service delivery, SLAs, and KPIs in a fast-paced, partner-focused environment
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SixSigma) are a plus
