Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies across platforms including Meta (CPAS), TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, and other performance channels.
- Drive performance marketing initiatives to maximize campaign effectiveness, optimize ROI, and achieve client or business KPIs. .
- Oversee and manage UGC, KOL/KOC, and affiliate marketing programs, including creator partnerships, campaign strategy, and performance evaluation.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of marketing technology (MarTech) such as analytics platforms, tracking systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (Account, Creative, Media, and Strategy) to ensure seamless campaign planning and execution.
- Identify and implement new digital tools, technologies, and marketing innovations to improve marketing performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing technology roles, preferably within a digital agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
- Strong hands on experience managing Meta Ads (including CPAS), TikTok Ads, and Shopee Ads campaigns.
- Experience managing UGC campaigns, KOL/KOC collaborations, and affiliate marketing programs.
- Familiar with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and performance reporting dashboards.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic marketing insights.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Excellent command of the Indonesian language, both written and spoken. Proficiency in English is a plus.
