About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, commercially-minded Marketing Copywriter who knows how to turn words into results. This role is about driving traffic, building trust, and converting attention into leads. You’ll create content across multiple channels, balancing creativity with performance and SEO.

What You’ll Be Doing
Content Creation
- Write high-quality blog articles, website copy, email campaigns, and social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Produce clear, engaging, and conversion-focused messaging across all platforms
Paid Media Copy
- Develop high-performing ad copy for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Search
- Align messaging with campaign goals and conversion targets
SEO & Performance
- Apply SEO best practices to improve organic visibility
- Use analytics to track performance and refine content strategy
WordPress Management
- Create, upload, and manage content in WordPress
- Ensure content meets layout, formatting, and publishing standards
Email & B2B Outreach
- Write newsletters, nurture sequences, and marketing emails
- Draft LinkedIn outreach messages for potential partners
Research & Optimisation
- Stay on top of industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activity
- Continuously refine messaging to stay relevant and effective
Editing & Quality Control
- Proofread and edit all content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
- Maintain high standards of brand tone and messaging
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in content writing (agency or digital environment preferred)
- Strong command of English (grammar, spelling, punctuation)
- Ability to research and write for different audiences
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-edit
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WordPress CMS
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics)
- Understanding of content funnels (awareness vs conversion)
- Ability to adapt tone across channels (ads vs educational content)
- Experience in B2B writing, including cold outreach or LinkedIn messaging
