  • This position is ONLY open to candidates currently based in Gianyar, Bali (Ubud / Sukawati area preferred).
  • Do NOT apply if you are outside Bali or not based in Gianyar
  • You may apply ONLY if you are willing and able to commute to Ubud regularly

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly capable, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily operations and business activities within a growing international environment.


This role goes beyond basic administrative tasks. You will be involved in executive coordination, project management, and operational support across multiple areas. Strong organizational skills, initiative, and excellent English communication are essential.


This position offers hands-on experience in business operations and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding company.


Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Daily Support

  • Manage schedules, priorities, and daily activities
  • Monitor tasks and ensure timely follow-up and execution
  • Handle communications, emails, and written correspondence in English


Operations & Project Coordination

  • Assist in managing and tracking multiple ongoing projects
  • Support development and implementation of systems and workflows
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders


Recruitment & Team Support

  • Assist in hiring processes including candidate communication and interview scheduling
  • Support onboarding and administrative preparation for new team members


Procurement & Administrative Support

  • Handle purchasing and procurement for business needs
  • Prepare reports, documents, and basic presentations
  • Maintain organized records and documentation

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has fluent/professional English (written & spoken) – mandatory
  • Can confidently communicate in an international environment
  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Demonstrates professionalism and discretion
  • Is proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs
  • Is adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Is open to learning, improving, and taking on new responsibilities


Note: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.


Location & Working Arrangement:

  • Must be based in Gianyar (Ubud / Sukawati area strongly preferred)
  • Hybrid working model (remote + in-person support in Ubud)
  • Flexible working hours depending on priorities
  • Expected to be responsive and available when needed
