We are looking for a Product Support Intern, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth internal and external research to understand Luxehouze’s business objectives and develop high-level strategic initiatives.
- Support the Business Assistant Manager and Manager in planning and executing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Assist in data analysis and report preparation to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure regulatory compliance and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Penultimate Year Students, Final Year Students, or Recent Graduates
- Preferred major: STEM, Business, Management, Economics, International Relations, or Art & Design.
- Coming from top universities would be preferable
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gdocs, Gsheet, Gslide, etc)
- Has previous internship experience will be a good plus
- Quick learner and adept at understanding information systems and applications
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and adept problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in English (Writing, Listening, and Speaking)
