We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Identify and target key audiences using data-driven strategies to maximize reach and engagement
- Collaborate with the creative teams to produce compelling ad assets that align with campaign goals
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creative elements to determine optimal strategies
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to generate actionable insights and improve campaign performance
- Allocate budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI for marketing campaigns
- Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, including insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate within the marketing team to ensure alignment between organic and paid efforts, achieving a cohesive digital marketing strategy
Requirements
- Proven expertise in managing campaigns across paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic ad platforms
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking for campaign performance monitoring
- Ability to set up, track, and optimize conversion goals and event tracking
- Experience in A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages to optimize performance
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
- Experience in the events industry or B2B tech marketing is a strong plus
