Develop and execute long-term capital formation strategy, including product
positioning, design, pricing, and capital raising across Korea.
Implement systems and processes for attracting new investors and maintaining existing relationships.
Systematically map, target, establish and strong relationships with new and existing Limited Partners (LPs) in Korea, ensuring Keppel's brand and capabilities are well-represented.
Proactively engage in communication with existing investors, oversee end-to-end fundraise activities, and manage LP closing processes.
Strategy/New Fund Formation
Collaborate with firm leadership to position new strategies that complement Keppel's reputation, expertise, and deal flow.
Design and position new funds based on input from LPs, consultants, and competitor assessment
Product Specialisation
Demonstrate deep product specialisation across Keppel's portfolio, with a preference for real assets knowledge, such as infrastructure and real estate.
Act as an effective liaison between deal partners and LPs, ensuring clear communication and understanding while showcasing credibility and expertise.
