Responsibilities
In this position, you will prepare regulatory reports, conduct gap analysis for new regulations, and manage licensing and ISO certification processes. You will attend meetings with regulators, lead compliance training sessions, investigate compliance issues, and collaborate with other departments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- GPA with a min of 3.00
- 2 years of experience in Compliance, in the financial services industry is required
- Experience in the crypto industry is preferred
- Proven experience managing ISO certification processes
- Knowledge of corporate law and financial regulations
- Proficient in using AML reporting tools
