As a Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in driving our mission forward by promoting and selling our sustainable bamboo tissue products. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and help them make environmentally responsible choices. Full WFO - West Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell bamboo tissue products to retail and wholesale customers.
- Educate customers on the benefits of bamboo products over traditional alternatives.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Attend trade shows and promotional events to showcase our products.
- Provide feedback from customers to enhance product development.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Min. 2 years experience as sales in retail or wholesale industry
- Bachelor?s degree in any field
- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products.
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Willingness to travel for events and customer visits.
