Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Software Development Lead to spearhead the development and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions for our Global R&D team. This opportunity offers the chance to combine deep technical knowledge with strategic leadership on globally impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design robust technical solutions, including system components, classes, and database schemas
- Lead development using modern tools and technologies such as .NET Core, Angular (v8+), Entity Framework, and microservices
- Define and enforce engineering best practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing
- Mentor global software teams, conduct technical reviews, and ensure coding excellence
- Document all technical specifications and maintain accurate records throughout the SDLC
- Develop prototypes to validate ideas and support ongoing innovation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical execution with business objectives
Required Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, WebAPI, RESTful services
- Solid front-end experience with Angular and backend mastery of SQL Server and Entity Framework
- Hands-on familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and Agile development frameworks
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Minimum 10+ years of experience leading software development teams
- Track record of mentoring developers, guiding architectural choices, and driving delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative
