About The Role
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Design Manager to lead our design team in delivering high-impact visual assets for all Boga Group brands. This role oversees end-to-end creative development—from concepting to final design—for digital and print materials aligned with our marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of designs for logos, packaging, menu books, company profiles, hampers, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts for photoshoots and video production in line with brand direction.
- Review, refine, and approve design outputs to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors for production quality, timelines, and materials.
- Guide and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and performance review.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in creative/design roles, ideally in F&B, retail, or consumer brands.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent visual communication, creative problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong leadership, ability to manage multiple projects, and attention to detail.
- Good command of English (spoken & written).
- Able to collaborate with various departments in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Food styling knowledge is a plus.
- Familiar with production materials and print processes.
- Experience leading designers or creative teams.
