About the Job:
You will design and optimize facility layouts, manage weekly facility and cold chain cost calculations, and ensure budget accuracy. You’ll develop SOPs, drive process improvements, and maintain cold chain performance. This role also focuses on improving sorting processes and requires strong analytical skills, hands-on involvement, and close collaboration with operational teams.
Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, process improvement, or operational excellence, with at least 2 years in cold chain or warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle large data sets.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
- Solid understanding of business processes, facility layouting (FM–MM–LM), and facility standard setup based on volume.
- Experienced in calculating and monitoring facility costs and budgets, including cold chain operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and strong initiative in exploring operational improvements.
- Fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to go to ground operations to gain deeper insights and improve process accuracy.
- Strong motivation, innovation mindset, and influencing ability to drive change.
Job Description:
- Able to set up lay outing process on FM-MM-LM and understand to set up facility standard based on volume given.
- Understand on calculation and monitor on weekly basis of facility cost and budget.
- Able to calculate on cold chain facility for cost and budget.
- Create SOP, process improvement and Maintain Performance for our cold chain process.
- Able to create sorting process improvement from existing conditions
