Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal performance of chemical, laminating, and auto-cutting machines
  • Perform troubleshooting and handle machine breakdown issues
  • Adjust machine parameters to maintain production efficiency
  • Support and execute preventive maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Contribute to TPM initiatives and continuous improvement programs
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or related field)
  • Experience in machine maintenance or manufacturing environment
  • Experience in footwear manufacturing industry is preferred
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Good understanding of machine safety and risk control
  • Able to handle breakdown situations and work under pressure
  • Good communication skills with production teams
  • Disciplined in executing preventive maintenance
  • High awareness of safety and compliance
