  • Process, verify, and file all sales documents (such as Vehicle Order Forms, invoices, and handover documents) accurately and on time
  • Input and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales data, assist in preparing sales reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance or Accounting) and external partners (leasing companies) to ensure smooth transactions process
  • Handle aftersales administrative needs, including unit delivery scheduling, document processing, managing registration documents and following up on customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and ensure stock accuracy between physical electric motorcycle units and system records
