Responsibilities
Perform daily bank reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and matched.
Monitor and maintain operational expenses, ensuring proper tracking and reporting.
Handle bank-related activities, including transactions, documentation, and coordination with banks.
Conduct confirmations for financial transactions and ensure data accuracy.
Support financial administration and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Assist in preparing reports related to cash flow and operational expenses.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of bank reconciliation and financial processes.
Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
Familiar with banking systems and company financial applications
