Develop operational excellence strategy and implementation plan in line with company's objectives
Drives continuous improvement initiatives implementation which leads to Service-Level Agreement (SLA) improvements, quality improvements, productivity gain and cost reduction
Accountable for maintaining and developing Operations System (i.e Fleet Management System) to support operations
Experience in managing operations' performance in terms of visibility and data readiness to support operation improvement and decision making
Ensure regular Operation Quality Assessment are done and to work with operations to improve the quality
Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instructions for operations are available and updated according to the latest process change
Requirements
A bachelor's degree from any major
Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in Logistics Express/Warehouse Company as an Operations Excellence/Continuous Improvement/Process Improvement
Prior experience and familiar with Process Improvement (lean, six sigma green belt preferred), project management, and financial analysis
Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Expert facilitator and able to manage all stakeholders
Lead by example and hands-on leadership style who can implement operation solution in the floor
Understand and having experiences on implementing and improving Transport/Fleet Management System (TMS/FMS)
Willing to be placed in North Jakarta and travel to other areas/regions
