About The Role

Within our Commercial team, we focus on delivering end-to-end IT solutions that support business growth, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.

As an IT Solutions Sales Specialist , you will drive revenue growth by managing strategic accounts and acquiring new enterprise clients across key industries such as Manufacturing, FMCG, FSI and Mining . This role combines consultative selling, account management, and solution design — requiring a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and the ability to translate complex client needs into scalable solutions.

You will lead the full sales cycle, collaborate closely with technical and vendor teams, and play a key role in expanding our enterprise business footprint.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients across corporate and large enterprise segments.
  • Manage and grow key accounts through strong relationship building, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Sell end-to-end IT solutions including desktops, laptops, servers, storage, networking, and office infrastructure.
  • Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored enterprise solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution design, negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and tender submissions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical teams, vendors, and distributors to ensure solution alignment and deal execution.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, reporting, and CRM management.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in B2B IT hardware or enterprise solution sales (System Integrator background preferred).
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, storage, and end-user computing.
  • Proven experience handling corporate clients, tenders, and large-scale deals.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with global companies (e.g., Dell, HPE, Lenovo) is a strong advantage.
  • Existing network within enterprise clients is highly preferred.
