About The Role

Join Erdigma’s flagship 12-month rotational Management Trainee Program, designed to shape high-potential individuals into future leaders. As part of the Human Resource Development track, you will experience firsthand how HR functions in a fast-paced FMCG and digital marketing environment — from talent acquisition to people development, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design and execution of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Assist with onboarding, employee development, and training programs.
  • Analyze and improve internal HR processes aligned with business goals.
  • Support culture-building, employee engagement, and well-being initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments during rotation cycles.
  • Manage and execute internal communication and employer branding projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in relevant fields.
  • Active involvement in student organizations or community projects.
  • Strong interest in people development and organizational behavior.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Agile learner with a strong growth mindset.
  • Passionate about shaping company culture.

Requirements

Fresh graduates or those with <2 years experience are welcome.
  • Willing to be based in Purbalingga.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Commitment to complete the full 12-month program.
