今回、弊社の中核であるFinTech事業の拡大に伴い、お客さまの金融デジタルプロダクトを一緒に開発してくださるソフトウェアエンジニア（フルスタック or バックエンド）を募集しています！

プロジェクトチームは、お客様の開発メンバー含む5～8名の少人精鋭です。チームには技術力が更に高いシニアエンジニアが必ず1名付き、ペアプログラミングなどを通じてスキル向上を目指せる環境です。単なるコーディングにとどまらず、長期的な視点で開発に取り組んでいただけます。

給与
・年俸：500万円〜1050万円
・月額416,667円～875,000円
※月額には固定残業代（45時間分：107,720円～226,210円）を含む
・基本給：308,947円～647,790円
・固定残業時間を超過した時間外労働、休日労働、深夜労働については、法定の割増率に基づき別途支給
・試用期間：3ヶ月（期間内条件変動なし）
・勤務時間：フレックスタイム制（フレキシブルタイム5時～22時、コアタイムなし）
・休憩時間：労働時間6時間超の場合45分以上、8時間超の場合60分以上
・賞与：なし
・昇給制度：あり（半年1回/業績、評価に応じて）

３. Work-Life Balance
We have introduced a super-flex system with no core hours and allow remote work to enable individuals to maximize their potential. Many of our employees are parents, and the average overtime is less than 11 hours per month, providing a work environment that ensures a healthy balance between professional and personal life.
Annual Salary
¥5,000,000 – ¥10,500,000
・Monthly Salary: ¥416,667 – ¥875,000
※ Includes a fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours/month (¥107,720 – ¥226,210)

Any overtime exceeding 45 hours, as well as work on holidays or late-night hours, will be paid separately in accordance with statutory premium rates.
・Probation Period: 3 months (no change in conditions during this period)

・Break Requirements: At least 45 minutes for work exceeding 6 hours, at least 60 minutes for work exceeding 8 hours
