Key Responsibilities (Marketing)

  • Campaign Execution: Design and oversee the implementation of all digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Strategic Alignment: Implement marketing plans that are clearly aligned with the company's sales targets and overall brand objectives.
  • Integrated Marketing: Oversee the execution of both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) campaigns, ensuring synergy across digital activities, Public Relations (PR), and live events.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage the marketing department budget and ensure a positive Return on Investment (ROI) for all marketing expenditures.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and market trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Product teams to ensure strategic alignment and support business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and other key partners
