Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment process for both full-time and internship opening(s).
- Handle arrangements for new hire's onboarding projects at the company.
- Managing database for recruitment updates, as part of candidate engagement projects.
- Support the implementation of various events or activities by collaborating with other divisions.
- Assists with General Affairs administration processes such as attendance, BPJS, PPH 21 & 23, and others.
- Support other interesting HR & GA projects as suggested by the team and/or requested by the intern.
Requirements
- Students majoring in Psychology or Human Resources Management will be prioritized. Preferably in the last semester of study with no active classes; or students working on ongoing thesis work.
- Has a keen interest in learning more about Human Resources & General Affair like Talent Acquisition and Administration, especially in the media industry.
- Able to work from the office from Mon-Fri.
