Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business and user requirements
  • Create and maintain documentation (BRD, FSD, user stories, acceptance criteria)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during SDLC
  • Prepare and execute SIT and UAT, including test scenarios and reports
  • Support end-to-end project delivery (from ideation to deployment)
  • Analyze data to generate insights and recommend improvements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as Business Analyst or similar role (Banking/FSI preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Experience with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Trello, or Notion
  • Experience in creating BRD, FSD, and user stories
  • Familiar with BPMN, Flowcharts, or UML
  • Experience in SIT and UAT processes
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
  • Experience using Figma (minimum intermediate level)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to handle multiple projects
