Key Responsibilities

Serve as the company’s official MUN ambassador to external stakeholders.
Deliver compelling presentations about MUN programs to schools and partners.
Deliver MUN coaching sessions to students.
Provide expert feedback to improve delegate performance.
Contribute to the development of MUN coaching materials and curricula.
Serve as an on-camera talent for social media content and partner with the content team to create MUN-related videos, reels, and posts.
Support the execution of company-organized MUN events.

Skills & Qualifications

Willing to work in a hybrid setting and located in the South Jakarta.
Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong command of English, both spoken and written, is a must.
Excellent public speaking, teaching, and communication skills.
Highly adaptable with the ability to proactively handle challenges.
Passionate about education; patient, supportive, and believes in every student’s potential.
Prior experience in MUN or teaching is a plus.
Experience teaching children or teenagers is preferred.
