Develop and deliver training programs to agents and Leaders about Islamic insurance products, services, and Sharia principles.
Provide a deep understanding of key concepts such as takaful, mudharabah, musyarakah, and the various contracts in Islamic insurance.
Equip employees with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively implement and promote Sharia-compliant insurance products.
Create relevant and engaging training materials tailored to the needs of the business and the industry’s developments. Design and update training modules, presentations, and other learning resources that are easy to understand and facilitate effective learning.
Evaluate the success of training programs by measuring participant understanding and retention.
Provide feedback and suggest areas of improvement to participants for better performance and application of knowledge.
Provide consulting to departments on the application of Sharia principles in insurance products and operations.
Offer ongoing support and answer questions related to Sharia law and ethics in Islamic insurance.
