Work with children between the ages of 4 and 14 years old.
Create an inviting classroom environment that encourages children to learn mathematics in English.
Utilize a variety of instructional techniques, including hands-on learning, interactive sessions, and technology integration, to enhance mathematical concepts.
Organize and facilitate group activities that nurture problem-solving and collaborative skills within the scope of the provided curriculum.
Conduct Assessments:
Conduct initial assessments for all incoming students.
Regularly assess students during classes to monitor individual progress.
Communication:
Maintain regular open communication with parents through informal meetings, formal meetings, progress reports, and term reports.
Keep attendance logs for all classes taught and update Centre Management when a student is ready for promotion.
Complete the parent communication book each week.
Attend regular Learning Centre Team meetings.
Contribute to Student Growth and Retention:
Increase sign-ups by maximizing the assessment process.
Minimize withdrawals by maximizing the teaching process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education with a specialization in Mathematics, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Able to conduct math lessons for children aged 4 to 14.
Proficient in guiding and teaching students to ensure their understanding of daily lessons, including managing corrections.
Proficient in spoken English, particularly skilled in oral communication.
