Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS for frontend and Java Spring Boot for backend services.
Design, implement, and consume RESTful APIs to support insurance business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Implement clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support SIT/UAT activities.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development and production environments.
Support application deployment and collaborate with DevOps teams.
Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations, data privacy, and security standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer in web-based applications.
Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS (hooks, state management, component lifecycle).
Strong experience in Java Spring Boot (REST API, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
Experience with SQL/Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
Understanding of microservices architecture and API integration.
Familiar with version control systems (Git).
Experience in Agile/Scrum development environment.
Good understanding of web security, authentication, and authorization (JWT, OAuth is a plus).
Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services industry is a strong advantage.
