Identify and develop new business opportunities from both new and existing clients.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and translate them into viable business opportunities and solutions.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal preparation, negotiation, follow-up, and closing.
Participate in tender and bidding processes when required.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting.
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare tailored solutions and proposals.
Ensure client satisfaction and maintain relationships post-project implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Consulting, Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong relationship management skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Demonstrated ability in both hunting (new business acquisition) and farming (account management).
Experienced in managing sales pipelines and working with targets and deadlines.
Understanding of tender/bidding processes is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address client needs.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
