Melayani pertanyaan pelanggan melalui telepon, WhatsApp, dan email dengan sikap ramah dan profesional.
Memberikan informasi terkait produk dan layanan Yuki Water Treatment.
Menangani keluhan pelanggan dan membantu mencari solusi terbaik sesuai prosedur perusahaan.
Mencatat dan melaporkan setiap interaksi pelanggan ke dalam sistem administrasi.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim Sales dan Teknisi untuk memastikan kebutuhan pelanggan terpenuhi.
Menjaga citra perusahaan melalui pelayanan yang cepat, tepat, dan sopan.
Kualifikasi (Job Requirement)
Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan.
Pengalaman di bidang Customer Service diutamakan, namun fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, sopan, dan responsif.
Menguasai penggunaan komputer dan aplikasi komunikasi dasar (WhatsApp, Google Workspace, dsb).
Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan di bawah tekanan.
Jujur, teliti, dan memiliki tanggung jawab tinggi.
Wajib berdomisili di DKI Jakarta.
