Responsible for conducting research to create successful products and monitor products' performances and assisting the Product Innovation Team in development of new products and improvement of existing products to better meet the consumer's needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, research and development (R&D), and commercials to generate ideas for new products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand consumer needs, trends, and competitor products.
- Develop and deliver approved NPD projects and ensure that projects are delivered to specification and on time.
- Monitoring of product development process, including administrative tasks, filling, product test, production process up to product delivery to the warehouse.
- Implement and manage product testing protocols to ensure product safety, efficacy, and quality.
- Monitors product performances.
- Conducts consumer surveys, FGD, or In-depth Interviews to gather data regarding product development.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and manufacturers for OEM/ODM and packaging materials.
