Job Description

  • Manage and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of SMB merchants on the ShopeeFood platform.
  • Drive merchant growth by identifying opportunities to increase sales performance, order volume, and overall platform engagement.
  • Analyze merchant performance metrics such as GMV, order growth, conversion rates, and campaign participation to provide actionable business insights.
  • Recommend and implement strategic promotional activities and marketing campaigns to enhance merchant visibility and sales.
  • Act as a trusted business advisor to merchants by providing data-driven recommendations related to pricing, menu optimization, promotions, and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and campaign teams to execute growth initiatives.
  • Monitor merchant performance regularly and provide structured performance reports and improvement plans.
  • Ensure merchants comply with platform policies, operational standards, and service quality requirements.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and growth strategies within the assigned merchant portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales and Account Management.
  • Target-oriented.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Excel.
  • Experience working in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience or interest in food delivery and e-commerce business.
  • Able to work well in a team.
