Work closely with the CFO to support disciplined planning, execution, monitoring, and control of the Manpower Budget across all schools and nurseries.
Ensure the Recruitment Officer is proactive in building, maintaining, and strengthening a sustainable talent pipeline aligned with current and future staffing needs.
Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding, ensuring timely hiring aligned with academic requirements.
Maintain full compliance across all schools and nurseries, ensuring HR processes, documentation, and reporting meet required timelines and regulatory standards.
Demonstrate strong organization and confidence in managing and maintaining accurate HR data related to staffing, vacancies, recruitment, employee records, contracts, performance management, and reporting.
Oversee staff licensing, visas, contracts, and HR compliance in accordance with ADEK, MOHRE, and UAE Labor Law requirements.
Act as a key HR partner to school leadership by providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.
Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency, best practices, and alignment with LIWA Education’s values and objectives.
Support employee engagement, professional development, and retention initiatives to foster a positive, compliant, and high‑performing work environment.
Handle confidential and sensitive HR matters with professionalism, discretion, and fairness.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:A minimum of 3 years of solid and demonstrable experience in Human Resources roles, preferably within the education sector.
