Manage the printing, numbering, filing, and archiving of PKWT (Fixed-Term Employment Agreement) documents to ensure proper documentation control and compliance.
Coordinate the delivery and receipt of PKWT documents to and from each store, including tracking document status to ensure timely completion and record accuracy.
Provide back-up support as Receptionist when the main Receptionist is unavailable, including handling front desk responsibilities and visitor coordination.
Support Personnel Management administration and other compensation and benefits (C&B) administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operational processes.
